In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDxPatna is being organized on 12th December, 2012with an objective to find the smartest, brightest and the most creative minds of Bihar and bring them together under one roof where minds can freely exchange ideas. TEDxPatna, an independently organized TED conference going to take place first time in Bihar.

TEDx is an internationally recognized forum for sharing ideas, and the first locally organized conference in Patna has been scheduled on 12/12/12.

The purpose of the conference remains the dissemination of "ideas worth spreading." TED’s format is rigidly held to a suite of short, carefully prepared talks, demonstrations and performances (live or just TEDTalks videos from TED.com) on a wide range of subjects to foster learning, inspiration and wonder, and to provoke conversation. Organizers also hold to the commitment to have a complete lack of commercial, political or religious agenda.
